Our Sawmill
Timber conversion using the Autotrek mobile bandsaw mill. British designed and built, the Autotrek uses wide bandsaw technology with 101 mm (4″) wide blades with standard stellite tips (remains sharper in abrasive timbers) to allow all timbers (including Greenheart) to be cut accurately and efficiently up to 1000mm board width. Logs can be up to 1.2m wide, 6.2 m long and the sawmill can lift and turn up to 3.5 tons.
Contract Sawmilling – The Autotrek is available for contract hire to convert customers round timber in situ. The mobility of the Autotrek allows for low impact, sustainable forestry operations for the tree that has fallen or has to come down, maintaining the biodiversity.
